The bizz buzz IM set. A set that will give you that buzz you’re looking for in a workout.
Simply warmup with a 400 choice making sure to loosen up and relax.
Main set: 21x100’s @ same interval for entire set
Every 3 and #13 is a 100 IM every 7 and #17 is your main non freestyle stroke.
