The BornToSwim® frontal snorkel also called the swimmer’s snorkel is a wonderful piece of swimming equipment.
It removes the need for bilateral breathing, thus allowing you to focus on other aspects of your stroke technique such as hip rotation, steady kick, proper body and head position, hand entry, or a front catch.
It can be used during freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, and backstroke.

It has a smaller diameter breathing tube which enables you to train your lungs and diaphragm since the airflow is more restricted.
The snorkel comes with a detachable silicone mouthpiece, so you can wash it once in a while.
It features a softly padded forehead attachment with a dual strap to keep it securely on your head.
Pro Swim Tip: When swimming the butterfly stroke with the swimmer’s snorkel, try to keep the snorkel’s tube free of water. It will force you to have a very shallow wave (not dipping your head down into the water too much), therefore, having a more smooth and streamlined butterfly stroke.
