We stand behind everything we sell. However, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund or an exchange within 30 days from your purchase date. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. 

Please Note: Born to Swim reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. Exchanges received for size must be received in a new and an unworn condition.  All merchandise must be returned in its original plastic bag with all cardboard inserts intact.

What to do? Before you take any other action, please send us an email to office@borntoswim.com with a completed Return/Exchange Form . One of our friendly sharks will check it out and come back to you.

DISCLAIMERS:

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including colour.  However, the actual colour displayed on your screen will depend on your local computer system and monitor settings.  As a result, we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. In most cases, the actual colour of the product is much better than on the pictures ;).

Customized Products:
Any item(s) that have been customized or custom built to specifications are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable, with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages.
